Pics of a unique bull I photographed years ago... Had three separate antlers.

Share any pics of freaks or cool colored elk that you've seen.

That is a unique looking bull, I seen one killed down in Snowy"s that looked similar, but it was not a separate horn .
That's pretty cool. Where is it attached, I can't quite make it out in the pic due to the shadows and darkening hair on the head.
That's an odd duck for sure.
He would be quite the trophy in my book.
Looks like an old fashioned hearing aid....

I shot this bull a few years ago in Wyoming. The right antler was bent at the base and came out the middle of his head.

That side was sort of deformed and had crazy mass on the beam:

The antler is visibly not in the correct place:

Close up of the crooked antler, looks like an old injury to me:

That is cool. Never seen one like that.

A couple of pics I saved

One non-typical that a guy posted on the forum a few years ago. The caption had 384bull 3mainbeams.

One from my place. Seen him in several pics over time. Some of the other photos seem to indicate he suffered a skull fracture at some point that may have contributed to this.

That's cool
Love unique ones like that
Very nice set of pictures!
How about moose? This one had an extra outside set of tines on both sides, growing from the bottom base of his palms.

That's cool !
Very interesting pictures. Thanks to the posters.
I SO wish I had the photo, but it was before digital and my buddy had the only print as he shot it.... a blacktail deer with low single antlers, kind of like a typical set of cow horns, but dropping down more at lower jaw level and about 8-10" long. And even more odd, it turned out to be a doe.
