Curious about hunt code E-F-003-01-R. Cow season runs August 15 through October 31, but the license doesn’t include all of each unit...for example a good chunk of Unit 2 is cut out. Seems like it my be a good hunt but I wonder why this code was created. I called Parks&Wildlife, Denver and Meeker offices, and nobody knows anything at all. 24 HCF is usually a better source of information than CPW etc.

You might have the hunt code wrong. I think you're looking at E-F-003-E1-R It's an early season. It's list C.
