Mill Creek is a private range that you have to join to shoot at or be a member but they do host competitive shoots.

What do you shoot? Mill has both IPSC and HP competition, capital city has sil shooting but its a hour drive or so. There are plenty of trap shooting and sporting clays ranges.

Cedar Hill is on route 10 near Lawrence

There are multiple ranges in missouri run by the state that you can target shoot at. One is on 435 North (west side of the loop) as you cross into Missouri, the other nice one is lake latawana out pass the chief's statium on route 70 (east side of the loop).
