I see that Midway has the Sierra program on sale. Is this a decent program? Another better?

I have on older version of Sierra Infinity. They have several brands of bullets in their database. When I use this program and plug in the numbers, I can sight in my BR rifle at 100 ydsa nd be within a foot at 1000 yds.
