For what use?
Same rifle new is $625-650

Add a SWFA 6x that you know won't crap out $200-300

Good bases and rings - $50-100

You could put the same above on a Ruger American, and be pretty close with only $300-350 in the rifle.

JMHO - YMMV

OP,
seek a platform that is NOT configured for a detachable magazine......since you are in the communist state of NY.

Any chambering(arrow) is not magical,it's the trigger actuator(indian) that defines an accurate/competitive rifle.
Did not surf up the arm, but it takes a man's man to light off a 6.5 cm. That's a 2.559 caliber. Hope it comes with wheels.

I thought it was a .264.
Yes. A "6.5 mm" is a .264. A "6.5 cm", however, would be a serious round.

Have a good one,
I like " This rifle has only been sighted in. NOTE: This is the most accurate rifle I have ever seen, right out of the box, shooting factory rounds. "

I bought a new Howa 6.5 CM from Whitakers for about $300, I think? then added a used scope, bases and rings, Boyds stock. Maybe have 700-800 into it. Shoots great.
6.5 cm = 6.5 creedmoor meesa thinks
