Sent my Beretta 92FS to Wilson Combat for their IDPA package minus the battle sights. I shoot very well with the standard white dot sights so decided to leave them as is. Do to the round count through the pistol I asked for an inspection by the gunsmith assigned the pistol. I was a little surprised this was not a standard service as it is with Sig. This will be a wild card on the price since I don't know what he will find. I am seriously looking forward to a 6lb double action trigger pull , short reset and getting the safety reconfigured to a decocker only. The folks I compete with have high opinions of the WC work so we will see.

When you get the gun back, I believe you will also! Daniel

I have a high opinion of my EDC-X9 and I hated 9mm until I got this one. I would imagine you will be pleased

Bill no longer runs the shop, but his son is probably very much well-trained, and the others there seem to be, too. Bill switched to 9mm for his 1911's, even. He and Hackatorn did so cause the .45's beat up their arthritic hands too much. I did so cause of the cost of ammo. being 50% more for .45. To hell with that noise! Until this stupid virus panic hit, I could buy factory 9mm for the price of the components, so I stopped reloading. and casting. Now I've had to start doing so again.
