Three of the four outdoor ranges in my area are open and two have started competitions. None have restarted youth competition yet. Two of the local indoor ranges have started limited competition using a schedule to maintain distance between competitors. I have not participated in these but they seemed to have a pretty good turnout. The Military are still under travel restrictions and the RCMP cannot get across the border so we are short a lot of good shooters. Pistol and 3-gun seem to have the largest turnout but shotgun summer schedule is just starting. Had one long range rifle competition last month, registration was full in 6 hours, weather was very bad but the folk showed up and everyone seemed to have fun. At least we found out what calibers could prevail in the wind and rain that day.
