I have never had the opportunity to fire a fully automatic rifle. My question is, is there a place where you can go to get a chance to do this?

Thanks, dabears

I was in LV shop in 2000 and 2005. Good choice but expensive, interesting if you never shot full auto, they have some sort of "instructors" there.

Then you can go to Knob Creek Shooting range Machine gun days (Kentucky). Owners of full auto may let you fire their babies you have to pay for ammo naturally.

May be you have other ranges like that in your country.

Google this phrase: rent a machine gun

You'll get pages. I've never done it but I bet you could find something reasonably close.

I will have to check these out!

Thanks
I think JIM's Gun Jobbery in Fayetteville, NC used to rent MP-5's

Go on a helicopter hog hunt. A lot of them have go-faster switches on their rifles. And you get to shoot them at pigs while you're flying.

The Baron's Den, Eugene, Oregon.

They rent Tommy Guns.

Bring $250 for about 15 minutes of fun.

not sure where you will be able to shoot full auto w/o being military, but i shot full auto for the first time last summer and while it was fun and all, i would rather it be a burst, or just semi auto...lot better accuracy potential
Any Advanced Armament Silencer Shoot has plenty of civilian full auto's to shoot, also dealer samples galore.

Most just require you use your own FACTORY ammo so as not to blow up their guns!

Shot a SAW, MP-5, many M-16's that way.

I prefer burst as well
