All I want is a a 16" AR that takes Glock mags.
is that so much to ask?
Bazooka Brother and Quarter Cir le are both in the $1200+ Range while 5.56 are half that.
no way I belive there's not a demand.
That's what i say, but in 30 carbine lol. Seems to make ar loonies like us would buy them.

Didn't Olympic Arms make them, weather they work is another thing.
I have a Just Right carbine in 9mm and really like it even with a pretty hard trigger pull. I've been thinking about buying a conversion for 45 ACP.
One guy built an AR lower that would take M2 Grease Gun mags, think they were called AR45. Try Googling. But I think he planned to use an Olympic arms upper, and Olympic is shutting down.

Mech-tech also build a carbine that takes Glock mags
Bazooka Brothers makes 45 acp AR's.

if you watch Quarter Circle Ten they have sales that will bring the price down. they are a hoot to shoot and no functioning issues. the biggest problem for me was finding parts in stock.
Quarter Circle ten? Can't say I have heard of them. Where are they out of?

kwg

Found them. Interesting.

Begs the question: "Why"?
why not? LOL
Better than a slug gun for deer hunting
A more ergonomic version of a Tommy Gun... why not! smile
I have the JRC in 45 ACP which accepts the G21 mags.
I had problems with it jamming in the beginning.
After two trips back to the manufacture it operates as it should.
Accuracy was always fine, one big hole at 25 yards with a red dot sight.
It`s also available in a 1911 mag version.
The Beretta CX4 Storm is also available in 45 acp, but requires Beretta mags.
Three just right uses a Phillips head screw for takedown... No thanks.
The only Phillips head screw I can think of, is the filler screws at the reversible ejection port.
It doesn`t bother me to bad, if it did it could be easily replaced with an allen head screw.
What does bug me is the Torx head screw on the receiver of the new Browning A5 !! frown

Hi Point makes a 45 acp in pistol and carbine and the mags are interchangeable. For a cheap set up there is a lot of good comments on them.https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/index.php/cPath/2084_36_269/Hi-Point/

My Olympic Ar in 45 ACP does take grease gun mags along with Uzi mags--the conversion requires slightly pressing the top of the mag in a press--about a 1/16" on each side, then welding a small "filler box" to fit the 223 mag well. The biggest problem I've had is getting an aftermarket bull barrel to fit the receiver and bolt.
After looking at the links posted in this thread by previous writers I'm contacting bazooka bros about the mags they have listed, the circle ten products don't fit my needs
My Ar really is a blast to shoot- I can't wait for my suppressor to come in--(paid the fee last Sept.)

Ah, now that I actually read the entire post again I see that the OP already knew about Bazooka Bros. I gotta keep working on that reading comprehension thing! blush
