Here's something you don't see everyday. An external hammer, sidelock single barrel waterfowl gun with a 32 inch barrel choked IM that tips the scales at 8 lbs., 8.4 ounces. 3 inch chamber nitro proofed for 1.5 ounces.

It is built like a tank.

That's interesting, Roger. Where was it made? Could be a prime candidate for conversion to a Paradox gun.

It is a Birmingham gun. Definitely made for waterfowl, But I had the same thought about turning it into a Paradox LOL!, but I think I am just going to have fun with it the way it is.

I already have 4 dedicated slug guns and probably a half dozen straight walled case rifles to use in shotgun zones so no burning need to throw $$$ into a project, no matter how cool it would be. I just might use it with buckshot if I get the chance though. That would be fun.

Lewis was known for making waterfowl guns. They turn up pretty regularly.

I know the doubles do, the singles not so much at least in my experience.
