Does anyone know if TC Prohunter 12 gauge and 20 gauge forearms are different sizes? They seem the same to me and both seem to fit the same, will different forearm affect accuracy?

I believe they are the same. As far as a different one affecting accuracy, I assume you are talking rifled barrel, rather than smooth bore. Either way, it won't.
