Pops has one, in .22 hornet w decent wood, and a spare .223 bbl.
Told him I'd buy the .22 hornet off him whenever he sells it.
The safety is horrendous, but I need a fox rifle and it is a pretty thing.
The 22 Hornet was just perfect for the TCR. Not necessarily from a lack of recoil but because it kills the "cool factor" stone cold dead. A Hornet in a single shot stalking rifle is about the perfect example of form and function.
The 223 is about as good as you can reduce the loads down to 22 Hornet velocities or even 22 mag velocities.
All this talk makes me miss my TCR...
