Any intrest in one of these? has a Leuplod var.II 3x9 on it! just sighted in, never hunted, plain wood, no box as new, price would be $925.00 shiped. PM me if any intrest, this is a long time friend of mine, hes reached a point, where time to let some guns go!
Wow! That's a great deal!
Yes its probly 5-6 years old, bought it new, think hes got a few boxs of ammo too
well seems to be little intrest at this time, not the best time of year to sell a rifle. Ill list it in the class here about income Tax Refund time!
Saddlering,
A few decent pictures of it sure wouldn't hurt your cause.

I cant post them and dont have the rifle with me was just going to give my buddies # out so he could text some pics!
I have had one on GI for a long time with no interest as well. I don't think guns are moving very well in general.
One of my all time favorites. I had one for a few years and harvested a couple of bucks with it. If I had the coin and was a few years younger I would be interested.
Dave

Anymore RSIs like this out there ???
Anymore RSIs like this out there ???
Sure, but; you will not get a VXIII for free. Dont know about Michigan, I saw two in the last year. Now, I may not see another in a while or pay attention.
Are you seriously asking and willing to pay $1000, no scope and no nitpick on the recoil pad color or wood grain? One might still be out there.
There is one listed in Guns Int. as new for $1200

I've got one heading to the classifieds soon. Highly figured walnut and a good shooter. No scope included and I'll be asking $1100.
didn't see it in the classifieds.
Just posted one to the classifieds.
Very nice wood for a black pad gun, lot of them are pretty plain. The older red pad guns seemed to have better wood. The later black pad guns probably have better barrels. Ruger is making hammer forged barrels in house, not buying barrels from others like earlier guns. The Wilson barrels, from what I've learned, are more hit and miss regarding accuracy. The newer ones, more consistent. Any info on how this one shoots?

It shoots quite well. I have never done any load development for it, but several factory 140 grain loads keep three shots in an inch group.
