Does look like fun. Those portable benches are tough to beat.

My son has been watching a bunch of predator hunting shows, I decided to run on the ecall for him after we checked some ponds for ducks. Wasnt expecting anything but he had fun. Tikka T1x 17hmr.

I bought my 6 year old a savage 22 for Christmas. I wish I could upload the video from her first time shooting. She was pumped up. The triggers on those are way better than what I grew up shooting

buddy bought his 13yo his first 22, a 10/22. Went out to my place and let him go through a brick of 22. He didn't know it was semi auto until I told him and showed him. Needless to say all he did was empty mags as quick as he could and smile. He'll learn.

Does look like fun.

My experiences are that if one wants to turn a kid into a shooter, the worst thing one can do is equip him with a semi auto. Especially if he's in a well-stocked ground squirrel field.

We have a couple for our hunter-ed classes. The boys really love mag dumps. The ladies can shoot.

At least I had to pump the Remington I had as a kid. Can’t imagine the 22 I would have burned through with a simi-auto. My 2 kids ended up with savage single shots.
Looks like a lot of fun!
