Looks like one I took years back that passed close and only took shot to the head. Spent hours and $$ preparing it for a Christmas dinner. Sliced into the bird and the juices flowed. Toughest piece of meat I ever experienced. Had to crock pot the balance

Take out goose at 135/140 let rest you want 145

Ducks you want finished at 135
