I had one for years, and I am always impressed. Great trigger and very accurate for the limited power. It does not have a spring, so it compresses air on the cocking stroke. No recoil and no twang. I guess there is a Beeman P17 knock off, but some guys have issues with that model, but I thing they are easy to resolve like adding quality orings. The "slide" is used as the cocking arm, and it takes some omph to close, but it is OK for mme. It might be tough for a kid.

I like them. I believe that is what I shoot in the basement. Bought it used as estate deal, and no box or paperwork. Fun to go down after work and shoot a few for stress relief. Good muscle memory builder for shooting bigger things. Be Well. Rusty

Is it a 22 .177 or what. Looks like a really nice gun, great reviews!

Mine is 177, and it is very accurate, and easy to shoot. I got mine used, but LNIB. I forget the price but a lot less than retail. I thought of a P17 but I guess they have quality issues because they are from china. P3 is quailty and never heard any issues with one. Lot sof reviews on youtube for both.

My P3 is .177 and is a fairly smooth shooter. Wondering if I need to add some synthetic oil to the piston? Be Well. Rusty

Have a P17 that I picked up years ago. Just got it for goofing around, shooting inside the house. Limited power. But accurate enough to be interesting.
