Not sure if this is the right forum for this question but I figured more of this crowd likely to have a Single Six that the “Handguns” forum.

I have a New Model SS Single Six and it is one of if not my favorite handgun. Just bought one of Fermin Garza’s front sights, and now am looking to upgrade the grips.

To me the factory laminated grips look nice enough they just feel rather large to me. My Vaquero has a narrow Colt SAA feel to the grips while the Single Six feels blocky.

Does anyone know someplace that specializes in Single Six replacement grips that would or could make a replacement that is a bit less blocky?

Eagle Grips gunfighter grips. I just put the new ones with the reactive checkering on my vaqueros. They are slim and feel almost sticky. You may not want that if you are not a competitive shooter but the regular gunfighters are slimmer than the factory grips.

Might check Altamont. I believe they offer 3 options for most grips .. target w/ finger grooves, sort of a standard version, and a slimline version which sounds like what you want.
