A couple of updates to 303british.com

First, is an upcoming rifle build that will be chambered in Bill Wilson's (Wilson Combat) SAAMI accepted cartridge, the 300 HAM'R. It's a Canadian take on a cartridge designed to be fired from an AR-15.

Second, the Lee Ram Prime, an inexpensive, reliable, on press priming tool. Whether it's used as a primary or back up priming tool, it's proven to be reliable over the past couple of years and thousands of cartridges

I read the article but do not see the difference between this and a Blackout. Is there an issue with the Blackout in that grand country to the north?

Thanks for reading the article.

I found this write up to be a good comparison between the two. https://www.gunmann.com/learning/300-hamr-vs-300-blackout/

Unfortunately, Canadians cannot use an AR for hunting, and this is what the HAM'R was built for. Its use is restricted here, so it's a "range only" rifle. We will only see this cartridge north of the border if hunters and shooters rebarrel a bolt action or single shot, or if Savage or Ruger produce a bolt action for export.
Damn good article on priming tools. Thank you.
