With regard to your list, sadly Mick McPhee has passed on according to another forum thread.
We've got a rifle he barreled with a Ron Smith stainless match and while I never met him face to face on the phone he was a real gentleman. His work was great too I should add.

A friend of mine has a 338-06 that Ron Smith rebored it has progressive rifling and is tack driver.
I understand Bob Jury also will rebore.
