My cousin and his son had booked a stay there for the first week in November to hunt whitetails. My cousins boy then got drawn for a moose hunt here at home in maine. Kind of a rare tag, so now he's out and I'm in on heading to Ontario! Always wanted to go on a Canadian hunt! Anyone have any feedback or info about the place?

Thanks
Sky, I know nothing about the outfitter. Have you read the thread on planning a hunt in Canada?

You need a passport, of course.
Yea we got that all covered. I was just curious if anyone knew of them or had gone through em. They seem to shoot some real nice bucks from the research I've done and the reviews from past hunters seem positive.
Don't know the outfitter--I understand they are required in that region for non-residents.
I hunted Rainey lake about 20 miles east of Fort Francis with a local logger--it was outstanding hunting and a great time. We still hunted old logging cuts and saw a ton of deer.
I kill all my deer here in Maine by tracking and/or still hunting other then with a bow. Talking with my cousin whohas been in close contact for about a year with the outfitter, it's all stand hunting. That will probably be the toughest part for me. All that country and being pinned down to a tree! 😜
