How's the Alberta deer herd look?
Our snow levels are at 160% of average according to the Provincial flood forecast team. Deer are still yarded up around Central Alberta. Snow is finally melting this week.
Been a long winter, I dont know about the other areas of Alberta. I still have 18" of snow in the bush behind my house,

I would suspect the deer have been hit hard this year here with all the snow...I know the feral horses had it rough and they seem to be tougher than the wildlife.
If your looking at the Alberta Professional Outfitters society take it with a grain of salt they have outfits on there that are less than reputable.
