Get a disposable diaper, and one baby ruth candy bar.
unwrap candy bar and stick it in diaper, stick in microwave for 15 seconds. when kids come for candy, ask them to hold the diaper while you go get it, or ask them if they would like to taste whats in diaper for special treat, when they say no, you eat a finger full, gets a great reaction from everyone!, sorry for my "sick" humor.
