We were away about three weeks camping and what not.. While we were gone, Chewy delivered a bag of dog food for my dogs.. It sat on the front porch while we were away.. Done this many times.. Well when we got home I find a hole chewed the the box and the bag.. I lift the box and maybe half a large bag is gone... I figure a damn coon got into it and had a fine meal.. Anyway, I set the bag of the ground on a swing where the dogs and I would hear him if he came back.. There was still a bit of spilled food on the step... I figured I would open the door and plug him with a cci fragmented hollow point.. About an hour after dark my older dog is whining and I ask if she needed outside... She ran to the front door, they never go out the front at night.. so I slipped over to the door and peeped out.. [bleep], here is a damn skunk .. It had cleaned up the spilled food, and was nosing around for more.. I couldn't shoot the little bastard or he would spray everywhere.. I watched and he finally went else where.. Today, I put moth balls on the porch... But was wondering if I should use this bag or toss it.. He really wasn't in the bag, but the food came out due the the weight of the other food.. What do you folks think..???
I don't see anything wrong with feeding the remainder. From your description of events, it never came in contact with anything.

Support your local small business pet store and things like this won't happen.
You don't live in this over priced town..

But thanks!!
I would not feed to to my dog. Skunks are notorious carriers of rabies, and the virus is in the saliva of the animal. Your dog could get rabies from residual dried saliva without being bitten by the skunk. A half bag of dog food is a small price to pay for your dog's safety.
Thanks.. I was thinking about that..

I wouldn’t feed it to the beagle.
I don't think I would feed it either, just not worth the risk. A vet visit (w/o any treatment or meds) would likely be as much or more than the dog food is worth.
Skunks are certainly a PITA around a homestead. Had them under my front porch about four winters ago, that was awful.
Trapped them out and dispatched them. Made some landscape changes, no more issues.
