I've been trying to locate the mainspring for a type 1 1895 slabside for over 2 years.... I keep checking with Homestead, and other sites, as well as ebay, gunbroker,etc...

I am hoping someone has one...

Anyone ever made one? I am sure they could be fabricated too....just gettting the right temper and "spring" would be the challenge.
