This model came up on the thread on M64's. Like Loggah, I prefer M55's over M64's. I have a very high condition deluxe M64 but seem to not like it well enough such that I even have a photo of it. Not so with the M55. Here are two of interest. One is a takedown in .30/30 with a factory pad and the other is a solid frame .32 spl. Both are very high condition and the .32 spl. is, I believe the latest M55 ever made. It is so late it doesn't even have the flutes in the buttstock. It is serial number 1,241,xxx and is circa 1941 I believe.
