I bought a Win Mod 100 Carbine with this base. It is about the same size as a Weaver base but it has two round slots on one side and is angled on the other side. Can anyone identify it?

I cannot identify the brand, but if I had a Ruger ring handy I would test it to see if it fit the base. It looks like it might. If it did, that might be a good clue for an internet search to identify the brand of the base.

Matt, I think you are correct. The Lyman Tru-Lock rings are expensive and not easy to find. I think I will go with a Weaver base and rings on my Model 100 Carbine.
