Today (Monday) at a gun shop I saw a very nice 1894 from 1900 in 32 Spl. Only problem was that it was drilled for a Redfied aperture, which was mounted.
Nice curved butt plate, no cracks.
What is the value of a gun like this
What is value if not drilled?
Thank you

No such thing as a Model 1894 32 Winchester Special from 1900 as Winchester didn’t create the cartridge until Oct. of 1901.
As always, condition, configuration and originality determine value.
Probably not many around. As a brass hound for twenty years, picking up every fired centerfire cartridge case I found, I found exactly one 32 Sp. case.
Serial number 196,000 or so

It is in very good condition

Was wondering approx valuecif gun like the with and without the s drilled receiver

Thanks

Serial # 196,000 would be 1903.

An honest M1894 Sporting Rifle with condition at least $1,000. Some would pass because of the extra holes....
