Figured I'd post in here as would get more representative "eyes on" than the general Classifieds section.

Daughter is a southpaw and she's looking for a left handed AR-15 with standard barrel (16"). If you have one for sale, or know of one available, please shoot me a PM.

Much obliged.

My two boys shoot LH and Stag Arms is the only LH AR maker that I've found. Haven't bought one so no experience with them.

This may not be exactly what you are looking for, but check out bear creek arsenal. I bought one back in april that is side charging so i put the handle on the left side. Shoots like a champ, but the spent casings still eject out of the right. Could be a good "budget" AR if that is what she is in the market for.

They are very well made and i highly recommend buying their stuff. Take my advice for what its worth as I am not a "big" AR-15 guy.

Stag and Standard Manufacturing make LH ARs. I think you can order both directly from the manufacturer.

My understanding is that the RR LH uppers only work on RR LH lowers. Stag LH uppers work on standard lowers. Might or might not matter to you.

Feel free to correct me if I am misinformed.

Hard to go wrong with Stag. Im sure it will work great for her. If I were ever in the market for another left hand AR, I'd buy the Stag. They make a great product:

Stag left handed varmint here. Very accurate gun.

One downside to the LH Uppers that fit on standard lowers is the ejection port cover is held up by a spring to clear the bolt catch vs on a RH upper it is held down .

Ask me how I know...first trip to the range with my new LH Stag AR first shot went great...second shot pulled the trigger and nothing. Ejection port cover spring had broken turning the gun into a single shot as the cover prevented the fired case from ejecting.
