ag,

Thanks for the heads up on this. I ran down to Cabelas and got them to knock a $100 bucks off since the recoil pad was crap and bought it.

Bedded the recoil lug and took it to the range today. Shoots and looks great!

Hard to find these anymore.

That is a good looking rifle!

Dang it......what did that sell for?

Good snag...

Hey 470 glad you were able to pick it up. What’s the recoil on something like that? Always thought it would be fun to shoot but was not real practical for me, according to the wife anyway lol.

If it was about practical I would own one rifle!

Recoil is not bad on the 375H&H especially in the field.

I have a LH Browning a bolt in 375 H&H. Recoil is all in how you load it. Max loads with a 300 grain bullet is stiff. Load a 235 tsx in a lower to mid range load, no problem there at all. It will teach you too tuck the butt of the rifle into your shoulder. I love my 375.

470 - please tell me my 375 isn’t heard to GB. Good score on the SS over there. I’m trying to hang on to mine but you are making it tough. My wife may get in the safe and sell them out from under me lol

What were they asking for it?

Nice snag brother. If your able to in the future could you put up some pics of it in the field. That would be stellar.

I picked up a LH 338 model 70 and a LH Ruger 375 Alaskan. I need to get some 375 Ruger brass and a bullet mould for it. 375 cal looks really interesting to load light and moderate, enough bullet diameter and mass for cast

Didn't realize they made any lefties in the Super Express. Great snag. Had the Safari Express in LH, as new. Couldn't bring myself to shoot it. Sold it 10 years ago for 2200$. They were 1200$ new.

I had two of the LH Safari Express in 375 H&H which I sold once I found this Super Express thanks to AG.

I also had a LH Custom African Express in 375 H&H made in the Winchester Custom Shop that was a nice rifle, that's one I really regret selling.

I have always looked for one in the Super Express configuration because the stock feels trimmer and I think it handles better than the Safari Express which feels clunky to me.

I don't have any plans to sell the Super Express, I need at least one 375 H&H !
