Who make a replacement stock for a LH short action stock for a Savage 110 storm?

I don't know when it changed but Savage short actions were always designated as a two digit model number, i.e. model 10, 11, 12, 14 and 16. Long actions were 110, 111, 112, 114 and 116. Now they list 110 models, like your Storm, in long and short action chamberings. I don't think Boyds have sorted that out yet. If you configure one of their stocks as a model 10 bottom bolt release then you have a choice of a "Left Hand Bolt, Short action, Detachable Magazine". If you're interested in one of their stocks it would be worth a call to confirm fit before ordering.
I'd take a look at the dimension of your action screws and see which stock matches up.
In the good old days, 10-12-16 were short action and 110-112-116 were long action.
They may have named all the rifles in the "Storm" group "110 Storm" regardless of length. Maybe just marketing...
Measure yours and see what Boyds has that matches, then call them to verify!
