Definitely a cool rifle. My wife has put a temporary halt on my gun buying ailment or I'd be tempted. Price is maybe a little steep though for what it is.
It is a lovely job, but at 8# 10 oz it is heavier than I would strive for. Just for comparison, my soon to be departed .416 Rem was only 9.5# including the scope.
I kinda expected that one to get snatched up pretty quick. It's been up for about a week. Not "cheap". But still 1/3 to 1/4 the cost of reproducing it. What caught my eye was the apparent amount of cast on in the stock for a Left Hand shooter. Should be easy to get behind the scope.
Pretty sweet rifle and very tempting. But I am trying to "hold the course" with my down sizing. Its difficult to turn down these gems especially when the gun fund is fat. Anyone know who did the rebarreling and stock work?

Well worth the asking price.
I agree with Utah weight wise.
A custom rifle built on a .473 case should be close to 8lb, with scope.
