Found one of these Hokka combo guns in 22 hornet over 12 gauge and never heard of such a thing. Bought it from a dealer across the country and having it shipped. Should be an interesting piece but would like to find any information about the gun. I'm assuming it is European as the dealer I purchased it from imports a lot of unique metric caliber guns from across the pond.
If anyone can enlighten me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sure of the manufacturer's name? Looks a lot like a Finnish Tikka to me. In any case 12/.22 Hornet is a great combo!
I have several combo guns including a Tikka and this is completely different than anything I've seen before.
There is another on the internet. It is also a 5.6x35R/12ga it has multiple brass pegs through the stock.

Well here are some pictures. As soon as it arrived I stripped it down and gave it a thorough cleaning. The ONLY markings on the gun are the ones you see. There is no name, serial number, or gauge / caliber identification. I contacted the seller to see what information they had since they called it a Hokka and there is nothing on the gun to confirm who made it. There are some similarities as the Savage 24 series but the barrel selector is a dovetail slide on top of the receiver. There is a 15 mm dovetail for three inches on top of the barrels for mounting a scope. The furniture is just like a Savage and once I get the varnish removed I'll see if the quality is any better. Overall it's in pretty good shape. I think I'll put a 20 gauge adapter in it and use it use it for grouse hunting.

Dam if it doesn't look like a customized Savage 24. Are there any proof marks on the bottom side of the barrel?
