It's one I had sold and was found to have a small problem with the rifle firing pin.

I've now had Lee LeBas go through it, and we found some other potential problems, so it's good I refunded to buyer and took it back.

The firing pin bushes needed fixing, which is now done, and the action is all cleaned up/tuned up.

It's the post war Fortuna 16 ga 2 3/4" and 7X57R drilling with a very good 1.5-6 Zeiss in claw mounts.

$2,100.00, shipped

This is a Merkel/Simson from an era when East German Shul guns were re-branded due to tariffs and import restrictions.
tempting
It got shipped to a happy new owner today. wink
I'm glad to see this. I was thinking too long. Had thought I might want a larger caliber for the rifle. Maybe a 9 to 9.5mm. Probably won't find a good deal like that again. Be Well, Rustyzipper.
