I am, but, I'm wrong a lot.

Given the current political situation, I would not be sure about anything.
Drought out here in spring wheat country which makes for a weather market.

It's been creeping up.

Back in January my dad thought about contracting all of our 2020 wheat for February delivery.

I was worried about the dry winter and said maybe sell half so that's what we did.

Glad we still have some grain left in the bin.

At this rate $8 wheat in May wouldn't surprise me.
Remember back when dollar a loaf bread spooked people? laugh

Me too!

Wrong a lot........
Now that all my beans are sold and 3/4 of the corn is too, we'll probably see $16 beans and $7 corn.

I will save a ton in income taxes though.
I sold some corn for 6 dollars. But not all of it
Still have most of my beans
Our local Landus coop has a 7 cent basis on corn. That tells us a lot.
We have a +30 cent base on old crop beans here and a -40 on new crop. I think about the same as you on corn.
Hang on to your hats....
Reverse bass now.
