Pumpkins have been blooming for over a month and NO pumpkins developing.

Tomatoes blooming, fruit setting starting first week of July, still no ripe tomatoes!

Am I missing something here?

Except for deer damage, okra and cucumbers growing/producing normally

Has it been exceptionally hot? That can cause some plants to not set fruit.

Try mixing some Epsom Salts with cool water, and water your Tomato plants with it, it's all natural, no chemicals, and it'll help with, Calcium, Magnesium, and really works Wonders with your tomatous!
I do it once to two times per week, weather, and schedule, permitting!
Have done it for yrs. now, and it helps a lot!

I have been alternating Epsom Salts with Miracle Grow on a two week cycle.

Maybe I need to shorten the cycle.

Baking Soda,(Bicarbonate Soda), Works well too!
Moderation is the Key!
More is not better!

That does work well!

Shortening the cycle works also, depending on conditions, and the weather!
I let the plants Dictate what I do, in the Garden, and the weather, naturally plays a big part!

Here in Northern Ohio, were just getting our First Ripe Tomatoes, as we plant around Memorial Day!
Their Delicious!!!
As I plant several Different kinds!
Good Luck!
