That engine heat from the location of the engine is a killer...

Look up golf cart/UTV misters. They are starting to show up at our golf course in privately owned carts. The owners swear by them.

Just spend the $24k and get a decked out Ranger with A/C.....

Our Polaris ranger has the engine under the box.

It is a 900 with the power steering.

I have never noticed the heat in my Polaris Ranger as being bothersome. I have an ATV sprayer that I use in it, actually 2 of them, one for insecticides for spraying fruit trees and the garden, and one for herbicides. If I'm going to be doing much spraying of fencerows and the like, I use my small tractor with a 60 gallon sprayer.

Power steering would be nice too!
