Good help is hard to find, but Jed has been with me for 10 years today and he is no joke.



He and his brother operate a beef and crop farm up on the ridge and he helps me out in my part time logging business. The only problem I have with him is he shows up at work with a Husqvarna.

My wife and I took him and his wife out for dinner Saturday night at a local supper club to celebrate being with me 10 years and we stayed for the band. The guy can really polka.

Treat him well, as you said, good help is hard to find, even harder to keep.

Well if that's the worst thing.....

Dang rare to find a worker/employee relationship that has spanned 10 ears these days.
