I just came into possession of a couple of tackle boxes full of old time bass/pike plugs and lures. I have no use for any of these lures, but it does look like some may be of value.

South Bend NIP-I-DIDEE
Crazy Crawlers
Jitter Bugs
Sputter Bugs
Flatfish in various forms, jointed, or with wire harnessed double treble hooks
etc.

Where can a guy find the value of these things? Is there a collectors or sellers website?

I'd just as soon be done with them and get them to someone who would appreciate them.

Google search to see if there's a local lure collectors club in your area and go from there.
