All right! I'm envious!

I miss that! I haven't been ice fishing in 25 years!

The perch we all but gone in Lake Michigan for about 20 years and now that there back, I just can't get back into it.

That is a great day !

They typically spawn after ice out, mid-February to Mid March, even into April in these parts.

Ice out is late around here this year, we had a record cold February.

Got all my ice gear cleaned and put away. Time to pull the covers off the fishing boat.

Nothing has spawned here yet either.

Last weekend for walleye, season now closed for spawing, reopens May 18th.

More fun this weekend;

-4*c starts, that warmed up to 7-8*c above - bluebird skies !
