Going to be participating in the Door / Kewaunee County Brown Trout tournament in Wisconsin in a couple weeks. Looking forward to getting back out on the big pond. My good friend, Jon, is the brains (his boat), I just do what I'm told when out there. Jon lives in Sturgeon Bay and I have a place just North of Algoma. Plus Jon is a charter captain and knows the water and where to go and what to do, hope I'm not a handicap! LOL! If anything, it'll be a great time! And then I'll be up there turkey hunting and then out on Green Bay for walleye and smallies!

Had a great time despite the weather, small craft advisories, and caught some really nice fish. I need to figure out how to resize pics so I can post some. Caught some really nice Lakers, all over 10 pounds each, and some pretty respectable Browns, largest being 12 pounds. Not big enough to win, or place, in the tourney, but great on the grill or in the smoker.
