Just got back from our annual extended weekend family vacation at the cabin on the lake. Boy, the bass were biting. The little lake had been dredged last year and the fishing is as good now as it's ever been. I've been going there 17 years now. Couple years ago we bought a beat up 14 foot aluminum john boat with 3 cushioned seats and an electric trolling motor on the back (motorboats not allowed).

We figure 80 largemouth bass were caught and released on this vacation and we had a blast. All my grandkids now love to fish.
