I'm just wondering what's allowed in our new forum? Does it have to be full dress military:

Hey, it's still got to shoot good though, right?

Or can it be sporterized military?

I would think either and there have already been posts on both.

WTF, bullscheit. I see no threads on m1917's.

Nothing keeping you from starting a thread on M1917s.
The forum is Mausers and Military Rifles. Last I looked M1917s were military rifles.
Your post only asked if the rifles had to be in military dress, nothing about M1917s and your first picture appears to be a 96 Swede.
I stand by my statement that both sported and military dress rifles have been posted.

I do like that stock figure on that uncut rifle in the first picture.

I think that any rifle made about that same time would be a good thing.

Didn't Turnbull do that to one recently? On the other hand, there's already a forum that covers the Armalite platform, no?
