Looking for a good source of a barreled receiver for .303 SMLE or parts kits. Building up a birthday gift for my son-in-law. Rack grade, complete rifles as well. My daughter has put me on a strict budget for this build (her gift to him) and I accepted the challenge. Thanks in advance

Dont get discouraged if it turns into a money pit..Barrels and wood are getting to be unobtanium.
