I had limited access to supplies, and needed a non-tox load for my 2 1/2" 16ga for sharptail on WPAs. Figured I'd post up the data in case it might be helpful. Pressure testing was done by Precision Reloading:

FIO hull - New - hand trimmed to 65mm - roll crimp with PRI roll crimp tool
FIO primer
SG 16 wad
390 grains - Bismuth No. 6 taken from Kent hulls (7/8 oz +/-)
Unique Powder

hi Mtrax.
Thank you for the post - welcome information. By the way, was the Fiocchi primer a 615 or a 616.
Thanks.
I am sure there used to be quite a few Bismuth loads on the low pressure group but looking at the lists now there are quite a few missing. I will have to try and dig out the old lists....
This is helpful for a nice easy load to go in the Model 12. My son shoots it very well even with the Very tight choke.
Thanks for posting it.

I honestly don't know. This load was developed based on Fio shells that came already primed from Precision Reloading. The tag on the bag of hulls doesn't specify.

Glad to hear a couple of you guys found some use from this data.
