Having recently joined the 16 Gauge Society, I started looking at some possible sources of ammunition and discovered a source of 16 Gauge Rio Game loads.
This ammunition is 1 & 1 1/8th oz. 8 and 7.5 shot Game Loads.
I do not have any experience with Rio Shot Shells, so I thought that I'd solicit opinions before I go all in on several cases.

If anyone has some first-hand experience with Rio 16-gauge Game Loads that they'd care to share I'd certainly appreciate it.

Thanks

Local shop had eight boxes on the shelf (only 16 gauge ammo they had), 7 1/2 shot. $12 per box.
I bought them all.
No opportunity to try them on pheasants (I'd rather use 6's on them), but I went through a box on clay birds and was pleased with the results.

Used them on Grouse, they work fine since it doesn’t take much to normally kill a Grouse. However, did have ejection problems with a 2 3/4 inch Model 12..16gauge. Fired they we too long and became stuck coming out.

European shells are often not to the same dimensional specs as American. No problems with SxS’s.

They cycled fine through my 1954 Rem 870.
Went through a case of 1 oz 6-7 years ago through Remington 870 and a Browning BPS. Did just fine, I actually liked the quality for the price but I think I took that case home for $85.
I have used them on dove and quail in 16 gauge and 20 and had no issues.
I've shot a lot of Rios in 12, 16 and 20 gauge and found them to be quite reliable. They are Cheddite hulls and only seem to be good for one or two reloads, but that's only a concern if you are a reloader and cannot find Winchester AA or Remington Premier hulls in the gauge you are seeking.
Thanks for the feedback, I think I'm going to secure the seven cases that are available.
