was reloading some 9mm today and I broke like 5 decappting pins, found out it was Norma 9mm cases, seems the flash hole is smaller than normal, have anyone come across this? I'm going to drill out the flash holes

Yep.
I turn Dillon pins down to .059 or so, tight but they go through without issue.

Ha!

I have thousands of them, much easier to turn down a pin. Same pin will still work for all other brass as well.

Good luck!

have this same problem with Speer 357 Sig, wonder why they went with a smaller flash hole, took your advice and turned down 10 pins to .055, will have to change pins when doing 223 with crimped primers, I use a Lee decapping die to remove primers keeps the dirt off my presses
