Not Tampa, but have good things to say about Rick Grassett in nearby Sarasota. We had a hard time getting into fish due to the heat, but he did everything he could for us. Still caught a couple, and when we got back to the ramp, he offered another trip on himself. I would have taken him up on it if I could have, but just didn't have the time. If you want a capt who's focused on making your experience better, that's him.
