I've lost forty lbs, down to 190 from 232, mainly keto and intermediate fasting and exercise. Plan on getting down to 175-180. At your age, that’s like winning a bronze medal. Kudos, Rog.

I got good genes, just let myself go the last 8 yrs. A case of beer a day didn't help, and not doing as much physical work.
