Anyone put a cocked and locked Sig238 in their pocket for a CCW? Just curious if you have any problems with lint, dirt, or whatever. Also is the gun picky about ammo?

Great little gun that will feed anything but I found it a bit big and a touch heavy for pocket carry.

my wife cannot rack the slide on her PM9, this gun seems to be easier to rack, I should have said "purse carry", I probably will have to wind up getting one of those special purses. Then again sometimes I might carry it.

I pocket carried one for a few months (until the P938 was introduced). Lint and dirt did not cause problems. I did have ejection malfunctions when the gun got dry, which didn't take more than about 50 rounds. It fed Speer Gold Dots fine up until that point.

I carry my 938 in my front pocket. I use Eezox and it's a CLP. It does not pick up lint like a regular lubricant does. Hasbeen

I'm trying to get use to pocketing a 238 in a pocket holster but I can't get comfortable with it for me i'm use to a loooong DAO trigger ie a 642 or a BG.380which is my go to,other than that she's a reliable great shooting pistol.

The recoil spring is stiffer on the P938, which may negate the reason that you are considering the P238.
