From the story:
While the caller used profanity with the dispatcher and called her a “dumb f–k,” he initially refused to provide any details on the incident besides the location. Because of the uncooperative caller, officers weren’t fully aware what they were going into when they arrived.
While the old guy calling in to police probably wasn't valedictorian of his class, after listening to the 911 call first, I had a pretty good idea what was going on at the scene...
If it had been New York City, nobody would have even bothered to call the cops.
